American Heart Association issued only. Joint Commission does not accept certifications from other providers. If yours is expired or issued by another organization, renew it before you self-nominate.
Current Resume
Submit a detailed resume in PDF or Word format that reflects your most recent clinical experience, specialties, and unit types, and calls out your strike and crisis experience specifically. Resumes that do not clearly show your qualifications for the role will not be accepted.
State Licensure
Active RN or allied health license in the state where the project is located, or a compact license that covers it.
Specialty Certifications
Any certifications relevant to your area of practice: CCRN, CEN, CNOR, ACLS-EP, PALS, NRP, or others. Have digital copies ready to upload.

Freedom uses a dedicated credentialing and background check system. Having your identification documents, employment history, and references current will speed up the process significantly once an offer is confirmed.
